FRQSC awards Star Student Research Prize to WhiteFeather Hunter

Coinciding with the launch of Milieux on March 31, 2016, the Fonds de recherche du Québec – Société et Culture (FRQSC) awarded the Étudiant-chercheure étoile (Star Student Researcher) award to WhiteFeather for her bioart research project, Crafting Biotextiles that led to the completion of her thesisThis award and trophy were delivered during the Gala event at the Palais des congrès de Montréal. WhiteFeather’s research was also featured on the FRQSC website and in CURIUM magazine, a science and technology magazine for francophone youth.
