System Sensibles is a solo exhibition by Cristo Riffo that dives into the hidden life of microbial structures and their dynamic and symbiotic links, finding the link we share with them as humans but also as pluricellular and multidimensional sentient beings. This show consists of two video installations, Sistema Cinco: Non-human determinations and Raices.

Sistema Cinco explores the relationships of microorganisms, opposing nature’s molecular technologies with human-made ones, using a microscope connected to A.I. to imagine realities of cybernetic management

Raices descend into the  hidden life inside common objects brought to Canada by migrant bodies, showcasing the microorganisms that habit in and their growth processes in a large-scale projection.
